Spicy Chicken Broth

This spicy chicken soup is a simple and easy version of dakgaejang (닭개장), the recipe calls for minimal ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Still flavorful and satisfying! If you want, you can always throw in some mung bean sprouts (sukju namul, 숙주나물) and/or mushrooms or add in any of our add-on toppings for a unique experience.

* Things to take note:

• Packaging: Polybag
• Outer packaging: Aluminium Pot with cover
• Instructions: Place packaging in the chiller for overnight thawing. For quick defrost, polybag packaging with contents can be placed in hot water bath for 20 minutes
• Recommended heating: Heat/Boil in all the ingredients in a pot at low heat until desired temperature
• Storage Condition: Keep Frozen below - 18 degree Celcius
