Jjimdak (찜닭) is a braised chicken dish and its popular spicy version is known as Andong jjimdak (안동찜닭). It’s easy to make at home with a few basic ingredients such as potatoes, carrot, onion, mushrooms, and scallions.
* Things to take note:
- Packaging: Polybag
- Outer packaging: Aluminium Pot with cover
- Instructions: Place packaging in the chiller for overnight thawing. For quick defrost, polybag packaging with contents can be placed in hot water bath for 20 minutes
- Recommended heating: Heat/Boil in all the ingredients in a pot at low heat until desired temperature
- Storage Condition: Keep Frozen below -18 degrees Celcius
