Everyone makes beef stew a little differently and has his/her secret to great taste. Depending on the other ingredients added, you can make endless variations of the stew. This recipe uses beef (sogogi, 소고기) giving you the intense, hearty flavor of beef.
* Things to take note:
- Packaging: Polybag
- Outer packaging: Aluminium Pot with cover
- Instructions: Place packaging in the chiller for overnight thawing. For quick defrost, polybag packaging with contents can be placed in hot water bath for 20 minutes
- Recommended heating: Heat/Boil in all the ingredients in a pot at low heat until desired temperature
- Storage Condition: Keep Frozen below - 18 degree Celcius
